SMS Communications & Opt-In Policy

RVSWIPE sends SMS messages for two purposes:
Buyers receive only the one-time verification code. Separately enrolled dealer numbers receive transactional alerts about referrals, favorites, and conversations (frequency varies by inventory size and buyer activity).
Before any SMS message is sent, users must explicitly opt in by checking a consent checkbox during signup at rvswipe.com/sign-up or authenticated dealer enrollment. Dealer delivery numbers must first be verified and configured by RVSWIPE. The checkbox is unchecked by default. No SMS is sent without affirmative user action.
The checkbox is unchecked by default. Opting in to SMS is not required to create an account; users who do not check it simply will not receive text messages. Consent records are stored with timestamp, IP address, user agent, and the verbatim consent text shown.

Message and data rates may apply. Check with your mobile carrier for details. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Supported carriers include AT&T, T-Mobile, Verizon Wireless, Sprint, Boost, U.S. Cellular, MetroPCS, and most other US carriers.
Users can opt out at any time by replying STOP, STOPALL, UNSUBSCRIBE, CANCEL, END, or QUIT to any message received from RVSWIPE. Once opted out, no further SMS messages will be sent to that phone number. Users can re-subscribe by replying START.
Reply HELP or INFO at any time to receive support contact information.
RVSWIPE does not send marketing or promotional SMS. Messages are limited to account verification codes and transactional dealer alerts about referrals, favorites, and conversations. Your phone number is never shared with third parties or used for marketing purposes. SMS opt-in data and mobile phone numbers are not sold, rented, or transferred to third parties for marketing or affiliate marketing.
