By accessing or using RVSWIPE at rvswipe.com (the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions ("Terms"). If you do not agree, do not use the Service. The Service is operated by RVSWIPE LLC, a Swipe Media Group company.

Program description: After signing up at rvswipe.com/sign-up, an opted-in buyer may request a single one-time verification code to confirm the phone number provided. If you separately enroll as a dealer, the dealer number you enroll also receives transactional alerts about referrals, favorites, and conversations when a buyer expresses interest in or messages about one of your listings.
Opt-in process: Consent is collected through an unchecked, optional consent checkbox at signup on rvswipe.com. The box is not checked by default, and checking it is not required to create an account or use the Service. Dealer alert consent is collected separately after RVSWIPE verifies and configures the delivery number and the dealer signs in. The consent text reads verbatim: "I agree to receive SMS from RVSWIPE at the phone number provided: a one-time verification code, and (if I separately enroll as a dealer) transactional alerts about referrals, favorites, and conversations. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Consent is not a condition of purchase. Reply STOP to opt out, HELP for help."
Message frequency: Buyers receive one one-time verification code when they request it. Separately enrolled dealer numbers receive transactional alerts about referrals, favorites, and conversations only when a buyer takes one of those actions on the dealer's listings. Message frequency varies. There are no follow-up reminders, and there is no separate dealer verification code.

SMS data protection: SMS opt-in data and consent records are not shared with any third parties or affiliates. They are never sold, rented, transferred, exchanged, or disclosed to any third party for any purpose.
Opt-out: Reply STOP, STOPALL, UNSUBSCRIBE, CANCEL, END, or QUIT to any RVSWIPE SMS message at any time to unsubscribe. You will receive one confirmation message and then no further messages. To re-subscribe, reply START.

RVSWIPE is a marketplace platform that connects buyers and dealers. We do not own, sell, inspect, or guarantee any RVs listed on the Service. All transactions are between the buyer and the dealer directly. We make no warranty regarding the condition, legality, or accuracy of any listing. Buyers are responsible for inspecting RVs and verifying ownership before any transaction.
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, RVSWIPE LLC and Swipe Media Group are not liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the Service.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via email or in-app notice. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
